Welcome to the School of Computer Science Technical Support Helpdesk

In order to streamline support requests and provide a better service, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online without the requirement of registering for an account. Tickets can be submit on the website here or by e-mailing help[at]socstech.support.

Please note that this is not the helpdesk for the University of Lincoln ICT department, who can be found at support.lincoln.ac.uk.
